Meet the Founders

Kritika Saini
Kritika Saini is an architect with over 8+ years of experience across UK, Spain & India. Her works spans architecture, urban and civic projects, interiors, product-oriented design, and construction-led project delivery, combining creative vision with strong technical & operational execution.
She holds an Executive MBA (Management Development Programme) from Imperial Business School, London, strengthening her leadership, strategy and commercial capabilities. She also completed Masters in Parametric Design in Architecture from UPC University, Barcelona, and advanced research training at the AA School, London, on the MARS 4.0 Summer School. She has founded and led SAINI STUDIOS, managing end-to-end residential, Interior and small-scale development projects in India, alongside hands-on leadership within the family-run construction business delivering industrial and large-scale projects.
At Saini Global, Kritika leads Design Strategy, market intelligence, partner evaluation, project structuring and cross-border coordination, bridging design intelligence with business strategy to help clients translate complex international opportunities into structured, executable, and scaled ventures.
